smic setup

Hey guys (and gals) i was wondering were would be the best place to pick up an upgraded sidemount(supra or other). I mainly looking for flow capabilities as i have a water injection kit coming soon so im not worried about cooling effiency. I read somewhere that the dejon super sidemount flows almost as much as there front mount but the cooling effiecency isn't there. my setup is going to be a sleeper type so a frontmount for now is out of the question cause cops on the islands know what those are and they watch you like a hawk( hell most of the cops i know have blown(read as supercharged) mustangs pumping out 350-450hp on pump).

my plan would be to run the water/alchy injection with the sidemount on something like 50trim. and since i cant post in the classifieds i was wondering if anyone has one for sale(moderators is that question okay to ask??as i dont want to break rules by doing so) budget is kind of tight after the water injection kit. thanks for any replys.

Look on the supra forums and ebay. That will be your best bet.

Dejon tool makes an upgrade side mount if you are not wanting to do the supra sidemount.

Yeah he said that in his original post, . You might also want to make a post in the classifieds or dsmtrader. I havent had any hassles for my FMIC on a side note. Knock on wood. These new laws are killing us!

Just paint your front mount black and cover it will a black mesh grill. No one would even know it's there

my girlfriend is from there and she hates it now. She would rather be here in Colorado. Of course if you dont live there it would be paradise.

To the OP I would not get the dejon smic unless you get it at a great price. They are very expensive.

well yes i live in hawaii BUT pretty much every cop down here knows what our cars can do and they know from the honda(read ricer) crowd what a fmic is and what it possible means on a car.
Also because i live in hawaii we have pretty warm tempatures and high humidity down here, i heard of guys losing almost a second in the ET's when they come over here(our track sucks...but it just got shut down so no more track). and yeah ive been born and raised here and i agree there is not alot to do.
But back on topic, as for posting on classifieds i tried but it says i am not allowed to post there(i think cause im newbie on this forum). but if anyone has a upgraded smic mount just email or pm me if you want to sell.
