OK i have a big problem, after installing my new setup i have no space between my tial and my stock radiator it actually made a hole in the radiator after driving for couple of days. The way my o2 housing is made its just not enough space. I wanted to know if i can maybe use a smaller after market radiators like i know some guys running on their turbo hondas its like half the size of stock ones but its very thick. Can i use some thing like that can i go with smaller one but thicker? or will i have problems overheating?

Getting a smaller surface area radiator will run you into heat-soak problems with your FMIC. The less surface area it has, the less air it can draw in, and it's cooling capabilities are already limited by having warmer air from the FMIC being dumped on to it.
