Small stutter during acceleration

I've recently done a 14b upgrade with a 16g hot side. After the install I dont have any oil leakage, good idle vacuum at 20 in.hg., and not boostin over 10 psi. Just recently a very small stutter has surfaced during acceleration thats just barely noticeable but its there. I am aware of low compression in cylinder 3 at 135 and I'm hoping that adjusting the valve lash will fix this since the others are at 180. But could anybody shed some light on this?

How do you intend to "adjust the valve lash"? Chances are you have a burned up valve or bad rings on that cylinder.
Do you have a logger? Post up a log so we can see whats going on.

Sounds like an ignition misfire to me. How old are the plugs and wires? What plugs and wires are you running? What plug gap are you running?
