Did lots of searches and read 20 plus threads. Everyone's setup is different that's why I'm posting. I can't seem to figure this out.

My Tial 50mm BOV flutters at 20psi and up. Does not flutter during idle.
Boost leak test was good at 35psi.
I idle at -11inhg and I'm running the Black 6psi spring.
(Correct spring for what tial says)
1/4" line straight to intake manifold nothing is T'd onto it.
2.3 Stroker with 280 intake and exhaust cams. S90 74mm Throttle body
FP Green HTA XL Turbo. 3" upper intercooler piping to SBR FMIC.

Thinking about buying a vacuum hand pump on the way home from work today. That's the only thing I can think to do. Any suggestions?

Can you adjust the tial, my greddy s flutters i have no boost leaks, i dont pay it much mind everything works fine.

Car runs great. No problems.

Put a vacuum pump onto the BOV. It cracks open at -14inhg

Two flat washers stopped the flutter. The black spring opens the BOV at -14inhg. After adding the two washers it now opens at -19inhg.
The correct washers to use are SAE Flat washer 3/4"
