Small build for turbo

Any suggestions ? i want to build a bottom end for my 420a, i see on CImotorsports they allow you to build your own short block. What are so parts you guys recommend me getting? what are your short blocks made up of?

Partly iron, partly aluminum, plus a little bit of carbon and other trace elements...
