What are some signs of a clutch starting to go bad?

slipping when under boost, engaging when the pedals barely off the floor, strange grinding noises when letting it out.

What about sticking to the floor.

When letting out the clutch certain times, the pedal will stick just for a slight moment. It definately feels different than it used to.

are eclipe clutches different than some because
when i had the clutch in my old 93 RX7 rebuilt
one of the signs that it was going bad was that it would not engage off of the floor
is that a specific for dsm trannys or was i given bad advice

I would check your clutch lines first, there is maybe a leak somewhere. Mine did that also, it happen to be a small crack on the clutch line connecting to the slave cylinder. Symptoms would be clutch pressure changing while driving

a big sign is what happened to me. i was on first and then it locked up. i came to a stop and the car was runing but the car wouldnt do anything if i put it in first . that means the clutch went bad.
