Show off your 3rd hand

Basically every welders first project is a third hand or finger to hold down things or hold them in place while you weld or tack. Let see yours. I could use some ideas to make my heavier or better.

Thus far I've used it a LOT of times and it works well, but could work better.

Though i have no idea what this is used for but will probably learn soon , when i was at home depot picking up some Lincoln wire as gamble suggested i flipped through the only book they had and found this... hope it does somebody good.

+1. Vice grips handle most things. Not sure what u would need to make something like that for

make it out of copper, adds weight and a better heat sink if needed that way
