should i stroke w/ current bolt ons?

Just got back pricing from the machine shop on my build and its goin to cost about 240 for the machine work on my crank, and since im doin a full build just wondering if i shouldn't pick up a topline 100mm crank? My fear is with the fp1x cams, .5mm over valves and evo3 16g stroking the car might do more harm than good. If i stoke this would be the set up.

I have all the parts, but pistons and crank so im ready to order, but will not be able to buy bigger turbo and cams for like two years. Is it worth it to stroke now or is my setup just to small for a stroker. I'm looking to have mid to high 12's on this setup 325-350 whp 20-24psi.
So ultimatley if its going to cost the same would you stroke or not with this setup for a street strip car.

Obviously i have more parts than above, but only ones i thought relavent to question.

With your mods and financial situation I wouldn't recommend it and youre not gonna see much hp gains. do it right the first time. your better off getting the proper engine management (you're gonna need more than an afc) and fuel mods in place before tearing apart your motor. besides, stock internals can EASILY handle your hp goals. a built motor isn't really necessary unless your shooting for low 11's or quicker. get a walbro 255, dsmlink, tune and a fmic and you should be there.

Safc 2 and my fuel mods will run this set up fine and has for 2 years at over 307whp at 19psi without the valves or valve job. This isnt a plan either its happening now because i was planning on doing a build for my 2g gst cause the rings wernt great and the cylinders were scored up. Then i came across a 2g awd shell for 1k the other day so i picked that up too.

you also need bigger fuel injectors. and get an engine management program that can control timing if you want to take full advantage of your set up. again, stock internals can easily handle 350whp

If you stroke it that 16g will just fall off hard. I would stroke it and go for a bigger turbo or stay with a 2.0L.

ok i understand that i should get dsmlink and all that. My question is for lets say at least one summer while i save for turbo, external gate, dsmlink, injectors which will cost at least another 2200 dollars would this setup be fine.

In no way am i asking if this would be a good setup to run drag forever. Since i need new crank anywase though and it doesnt cost any more could i run this stroker setup and still see high 12's for the end of this summer and next summer? If its going to just make me run like 2 tenths slower i dont care, but is it going to literally rob me up top where i have nothing?
The intake manifold, oversized valves, head port, and fp1x which is a 264 duration with equivelent lift of a 272 in my opinion should still provide power to 6300 or so or no?

Stroker or not same price im doing a build quit telling me i dont need to. If i wasnt you would say just do it now incase you wana go bigger later. Basically can i still make good times till i upgrade turbo etc?
