So thought this might be interesting to everyone I had my 99 gst dynoed yesterday with a few mods( cold air intake witt kn cone filter, manual boost controller set at 14 psi, boost control solenoid restrictor removed and fuel pump rewire done, also ac belt removed) it ended up putting 276hp to the crank and 265 pound feet of torque.

I was happy with the results as I know what I need done to achieve 300 on both.

Also kind of interesting the curve started to drop down around 5600 RPMs on both hp and torque
 
Little turbo runs out of steam. :) Not bad numbers, she probably is very responsive and fun to drive.
 
I second NOSLO2PTO, a +62 crank HP gain just from +1 psi over stock boost and pump rewire sounds almost impossible. Are you sure they set the dyno properly to account for the FWD drivetrain losses? Even if it was one of those dynos that always reads higher than the rest, 60 hp is still way too much of a gain.

Factory figures are 214 crank for a GST with a M/T. When I ran my stock T25 AWD on a DynoJet, it was running ~7 psi because I had major boost leaks and it got 150 at the wheels.
 
Stock boost is 10psi also with a better flowing cold air intake along with an extra 4psi would achieve this gains also figure about 3hp having the ac delete.
 
I mostly rely on the butt dyno LOL. If it feels faster then mission accomplished and have fun. Dyno numbers can be all over the place so i would stick with an optimal tune for your set up without any unnecessary stress on the drivetrain so you can continue to build and tune without destroying anything in the process.
