Should I hear my stock 1G BOV vent?

Not to long ago I replace my TurboXS RFL BOV w/ a 1G BOV. I thought w/ the 1G it would be nice and quiet but I can still hear it vent (barely). Is this OK? It's been so long since I heard another DSM w/ a 1G BOV so I can't remember what its supposed to sound like.

My 1G BOV lets off a nice loud chirp, and I've had no problems with it.

Theres really no way to keep an instantaneous burst of 15-20 psi of air quiet. Your BOV is fine.
