Shorter bolts on oil pan- FWD 2G

(97 GST) So super noob question here. Does anyone know where the two shorter bolts on the oil pan are precisely? About to put in a new pan for the first time, previous owner crushed it. I know I'll see the bolts as I take the pan out but pretty paranoid about it anyway, and wanna be sure I don't shred my belt with the longer screws.

Haynes manual at Autozone comes in tomorrow just in case.. also to clean dirt out of new oil pan, what's the best? Brake cleaner? Thanks to this community for the help

The two bolts under oil pump sprocket. Those should be 2mm shorter than the others, otherwise the bolts would contact t-belt and would damage it.

Wondering why the haynes manual left this part out.... pretty important to not mark up the belt...

+1 on this. I have one and its not good for much. I'd recommend buying the Chrysler service manual. They can be found on ebay pretty affordably. FYI For some reason the Talon ones seem to go for less than the Eclipse ones. All engine & drive train specs are the same
