Well Took the 2g out for some more testing, and right off the trailer, top off some q16 with a little bit more air pressure on the slicks, the car manage a 1.6 60ft spinning 2nd really bad, still manage a personal best of 9.80 @ 145. The car still on DOT M&H and pretty desent low boost on the S400 Borg Warner.

Im pretty Excited of what to come this weekend at IFO Vegas!

I will post pic of the slip later today!

Awesome!!! Are you running FIS or FWD at IFO this weekend?

Yes Im on a S372 wich is a 71mm non ball bearing cast wheel with the extended tip and race cover.

boost is a 35psi and seeing good low back pressure.

I run in FWD class for IFO

Thank you guys!

yes updates!! took the car out to Boost Fest 2014 on Saturday before IFO Vegas And first pass no nitrous the car ran a high 12 at 138mph

2nd pass of the day 9.61 at 147 1.61 60ft << Best!!

3 rd ran a 9.85 with a horrible 1.7 60ft

looking at the logs im showing that my intercooler may not be as efficient as i tought... starts at 100f to 140f at the end of the 1/4 mile.. so we may need to adresss that next time out..

unfortunally I dint took the car to vegas. :-(

Heat control all around the IC helps a ton. Keep the manifold heat under boost from warming up under the hood. Youll be surprised how much lower you can get your temps.

I missed you in Vegas :(

I do plan on coating the manifold... also will try to open up the bumper mouth a bit more... I did go to vegas but no car, i might of missed you in the crowd man!!!

We sat around the half track mark since we had the little one. It wasn't as loud on that end. We walked around a little but I didn't see ya.

26" M&H DOT slicks and 2600 lbs with me in it. full glass, tires are not yet spnning so we gotta add more power on 2nd and 3rd.

I'll search through my logs to see if I can find a before and after. My IAT's @ the launch are 110*F and @ the finish 160*F (this is all done with outside ambient temps @ 80*F. My intercooler core measures 24x7.5x3.5 and at least the upper 1/3 of the core is covered by the bumper. I added block-off plates to the sides of the bumper with hopes to divert air through the core instead of around it. The block-off plates didn't help.

I think 1qkfwd is right about manifold heat management. I'm looking into thermal coating my turbo manifold and doing some sort of JDM hood tilt to my hood to release all that extra underhood heat. I also got a new front bumper and I'm going to trim it so the entire intercooler core is exposed.
