Setting My Timing?!

What is the correct procedure for setting the timing on my 95 gst? and what degrees does it need to be set at?...thnx

ok well i have another question for you guys......how about when uyou have your timing belt etc.... changed doest that through your base timing off and could result in loss of HP?? if this is the what could us 2g'ers do to set the base timing back to where it needs to be without buying dsmlink or a 1g cas,is there any other route to take???
