So let me get this straight.
This:

...is the fuel that came from the dirty side of the filter after you removed the line, correct?
That's 100% normal. The last few dirty fuel filters I removed provided similar results....it means the filter is in place and is doing it's job. If the fuel looked like this on the clean side of the filter, then you have problems.
It's not the fault of SeaFoam....you have a dirty fuel filter.
