Here is a log of a couple pulls with sd/meth. Mods are up to date in my profile. There is a "dip" at the beginning of the pull which causes knock, and the knock I am almost 100% sure is phantom knock, as if I do a couple more pulls, it goes away, or varies (sometimes 2 degrees, sometime .9, etc).

Please someone critique my tune!

I suppose tomorrow ill work on those SD cells that are causing the random blip in the afr's (rich to lean) and go from there.

Hm perhaps my sd table could use some smoothing. . .

Meth starts at 11psi and full by 24 (progressive). And thats how you set the afrs with meth. Also the sliders for the timing are used to test how much more timing the car likes, once I find it out ill switch the values over to the da tables.

Knock looks real to me your Spiking to 13ish:1 right around peak TQ...

Edit:

WTF
What did you do to your VE Table?

Not at all Trying to be Rude

But, I would Seriously consider going back to the Drawing board and getting a fresh start

Yes, I have been working on getting that spike under control. Also, here is my tune before I sprayed the meth. Should I disable meth and work on this table a bit more?

You should change some of the Da table from 12.5:1 at lower load and quit trying to compensate for it in your VE table... .

As soon your getting into those load areas that are Higher AFR it's leaning out it looks like before the meth kicks in enough...

So load the VE table I posted before meth, and compensate for it inside my DA table instead of the VE?

I'm just saying the way you have it, I don't think the Meth is kicking in soon enough since it's progresive and that if your going to go about things the way you are. that you should make a tranistion to the area you set at 12.5:1... Since it's hitting the Actual Target AFR set when it enters that first Cell.

Can't really coment much more then that as I would take a differant aprouch then you are as of now...

And As I said before your VE map shouldn't look like that. I'd be working on your Ve map in low load areas first before your going for WOT pulls with meth.

Just take a look at your Airflowperrev at Idle and your Comined FT... like I said I'd go back to the drawing board an start again...

The airflowperrev I CANT get down any lower. Ive tried changing deadtime, and ve table, it will not go lower. I even had Tom and Dave over at ECMLink take a look at it (in person) and they too could not get it to go any lower. Also, my combinedFT are as close to 0 as I can get it at idle and cruising.

Ok, so I will reload my map before meth, disable meth and critique it as much as possible, and I will repost in a couple days.

That's a lot of fuel you take out at WOT, richen up a bit see if the knock still there...
