So I'm trying to do the Saturn alternator swap. I couldn't get the alternator to rotate forward enough to get the belt tight because the oil filter cooler is in the way. I tried grinding it down and ended up grinding too much because the cooler is leaking now. I was perfectly happy with the stock oil filter cooler until it got in the way of my alternator swap. What is the easiest/cheapest thing for me to do to replace the leaking cooler and be able to get the alternator to have more room to rotate.
