How’s it going

I understand that I have to machine the center bore to fit the Saturn alternator. What size washer are y’all using for line it up ?

Update!

Took the pulley to get machined on a lathe measured the shaft for the Saturn alternator. And made the hole bigger
Then lined up the pulley noticed it needs spacer (washers) to line it up. All in total for me was 4mm worth of washer. Please note the washer goes behind the pulley between pulley and cooling fins

Sharing this for everyone….

Special thanks to Kiggly for advise and Gus (clockworktoy)

I had to bump my idle up quite a bit so it would charge the car at idle. IIRC my idle is now like 1400rpm? Using a Motor City Reman 165amp alt.

If it's a race car no problem. Just figured I'd throw this out there
