Can I Make It So That The Plugs For The Ecu's Map Sensor Connect Straight To The Engine So That The Safc Is Really Only Being Used For Readings

For reading what? If you are just looking to extract information from the ECU why not just get a logger. You will get much more information from the logger than you could ever get from the SAFC. All you can get from the SAFC is rpm, airflow frequency, TPS (which is wrong on the SAFC anyway) and O2 voltage. However, it isn't a good idea to hook up the SAFC to the O2 sensor (commonly called the blue wire mod) as it degrades the O2 voltage. Save yourself some money and get a logger.

well, too late for that the safc has already been installed im gonna cut all of the wires, but is that possible at least for the time being so that i can learn a little more about tuning. I just think that it looks cool  :sneaky: thats why i want to keep it. but doing this will not mess with my fuel injection...will it?
