Safc 2i nstall on 95 tsi awd

I recently got a Safc 2 and a mechanic wired it in 'but he did a mickey mouse job on it soo i am looking to see if anyone in the southern San Diego knows how to install it right, ill pay you for it. I am in Chula Vista, if there is anyone let me know...

Its just that i have it and dont know where the wires go??? Plus right now i have alot of work im catching up on.. thats why im willing to pay...

Oh just everything about it sucked... a couple wires keep not making good contact and wont let the car start unless they touch right. Then instead of sodering the wires or atleast using sideconnectors he did a mickey mouse job and taped them together. ...
