While driving back from my AM aviation class I noticed my temp gauge was almost pegged at the top. I moved into the slow lane and costed as much as i could until i reached my house, about 15 miles from the school all highway. Now the car gets very hot when driving consistently for least 10 minutes and i cant seem to find the cause. I had a coolant flush done by valvoline yesterday and it still gets very hot.
Possibly unrelated but I believe i have a boost leak. The stock LICP was damaged and had a minor leak which i believe was the cause of it bucking so i replaced it with the dejon LICP. The couplers fit perfect on the LICP and the side mount but is slightly to large for the turbo so i just tightend it as much as i could. I assume i need some for of reducer dejon did not send me because it still bucks under boost.
Only mods are Intake, MBC set to 15psi, and Dejon LICP.
