As title states s90 throttle plate screw came out and sucked into the engine scared cylinder 4 and destroyed turbo. For this reason I’ve started another engine build hope to install soon.

Looks like your well on your way to a fresh motor.. Good luck with the build..
Thanks!!

uhhhh just because?! Have you messed with it before or it just did out of nowhere?

Sorry to hear my dude.
It just came out. I’ve been running this throttle body for several years no issue.

Well damn, if something is going go wrong it will, well its all good now with a new engine im right there, mine should be done in a few months.

It sucks that the screw backed out. I rebuilt my throttle body and staked the 2 new screws so that they do not back out, along with using locktite. I had a hard time taking out the factory screws and noticed that they were staked from mitsu.

Wow, just bought myself a new one. Will be something I'll be cautious of and monitoring.
They say the new version has addressed this issue. I’m not sure.

Wow thats very crazy and unfortunate! I thought the screws come crimped on the ends unless they didn't start doing that until a certain year. I've cut mine taken it all apart to have a high boost metal incase shaft seal installed. Had locktite put on all 3 screws afterwards but im going to double check them every once in a while hearing this. Nice looking build!

Almost ready
