s90 knock off throttle body shaft seals leaking bad.

Hey surprise this knockoff s90 70mm TB leaks super bad where the TPS is. Now there is a grove there almost like its supposed to, but I do not think it should. Right now I put the right stuff rtv in that hole and around the TPS and its actually holding at 25psi BLT, but still leaks a little on the other shaft side.

Assuming this is the same as a s90, does anyone know where to get shaft seals? I'll end up taking it apart and measuring to confirm.


This seems to be the only leak and want it fixed! Without tossing this TB in the trash that is...

Man just get some black rubber o rings and stick em in there. Thats what i did and no leaks for almost a year now.

what throttle body is it? A throttle body similar to the s90 in design?

Im assuming you are referring to the ebay specials?

Yeah, 4g63 engineering cnc 70mm throttle body.

This is the seal that’s recommended in the s90 shaft seal thread I found.
Hopefully this is what you’re looking for.
