So i got a 98 gst new spark plugs, new wiers, new fpr,new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new injectors, new coil pack, new o2 sensors, and i checked for boost leaks. So my problem is that when I get to 4000 rpm my car shakes like if i reached the max rpm the turbo go's to its top pressure (12 psi) and my car is only going about 20 to 30 mph it runs rich at that rpm but good at idle if i drive slow it works fine but once i get to hiway and hit the throttle it intently starts to boost like if it was super charged but with no power i here a lot of popping and it smells like my loan mower i don't know what it could be timing is dead on any inputs will be appreciated thanks in advance

No profile.
How did you check for boost leaks? Ran a full leak check?
what plugs? What gap?
Was it fine before a change? Did you change all that at once? Did you just get it? History? Maintenance records?
Please fill out a profile so we know what is what. Thanks.

Thanks for the advice on getting my profile updated ill get to that asap on the questions you have for me this has been a 3 year project car and when i finished the project the car ran fine then a bolt from my turbo broke i fixed it but it hasn't been the same sense i check for fuel leaks and boost leaks also spark plugs are ngk and i did gap them correctly i think my fuel pump is dieing out because my fuel pressure won't go past 30psi ill install my new pump and get back to you with results meanwhile ill get my profile updated

That seems very objective to me. You have a measured pressure of 30psi. I see no reason to look further. Is this the oem fuel pump? If so it's very likely it's dead/dying if it sat around a long time.

Watching close as I have had fueling issues now for 4 months..........getting old too (both me and the dam issue).
