I just put My Apexi down pipe on, and i can smell gas so bad and my service engine soon light came on, i think it maybe my 02 sensor can anyone help, the car has 83000 miles on it and i know they are the stock 02 sensors, if is my 02 sens can anyone let me know where to pick one up at a good price.

Let me guess you have no more cat-converter? LOL

This same thing happened on my friends 2G when we put his DP on and my dad's Focus when I put "off-road" headers on.

With his eclipse he had ruined the second O2 sensor so we replaced that along with new spark plugs. We also added in an O2 simulator to take care of the light and trick the ECU but if you have any other type of engine management you can change it that way (I think). My friends Eclipse was so bad at one point that he took off in front of me and sprayed my windshield with gas.

The cause of this light and I believe the running rich is because your second o2 sensor isn't reading cleaner air like it used to when it was after a cat. I would chekc the o2 and replace if necessary and check all you spark plugs and replace either way.

yeah no cat, the plugs are new and should i replace both 02's or just the 1st one i have also talked with other people that say they did the same setup and no problems but i can check the 02's
