As you can see, it barely moves, and I was wondering if any of you guys knows what I should do, my car is a 1997 GS
Any tips will be appreciated

You're using the original PCM that came with the car, right? For the 1997 US non-turbo cars (420A), the signal for the tachometer comes straight from the PCM. Has your wiring been modified or is it stock?

The crankshaft position sensor is what provides the signal to the ECU. But if it were not functioning properly your engine would not start or run. It's likely a wiring issue, possibly the ECU. The gauge cluster isn't common to go bad on these cars but you can always remove it and look for delamination.
