It seems like you have a misfire especially since you have a bad injector

Damn, that sounds like severe rod knock. However, since you have the codes, we'll hope rod knock can be ignored. Can you post the exact codes you have? That'll help the rest of us help you more. I have a few ideas, but the codes will help. Chances are your injector issue is causing the misfire, although it shouldn't be THAT loud. The EGR issues can cause idle surges though, and the TPS even when disconnected, won't make it sound like that. I've tested that myself. Keep us posted.

Do a compression test, see how your motors condition like. I would not be reving it if I were you. Sounds like motor problem. Egr and tps do not sound like that. Check your timing marks, timing will cause idle problems also.
