hi everyone i have a 1996 eclipse gst with fully built head im having an issue with my idle cant seem to get it right sometimes it goes to as low as 400 and sometimes it goes crazy and starts giving me wave idle. also i checked for boost leak but nothing. its really getting to me. please any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have a boost gauge right? Is your vacuum good at idle? if you changed out the whole throttle body then that should have changed the ISC and FIAV. Although that doesn't technically rule them out since idle issues with our cars are very tricky. Check to make sure there are no vacuum hoses off. There aren't that many on our cars. Does it idle better once it's warmed up?

ima check for that vacuum leak but it idles right when ever it wants. although i hear some were in the engine bay like a leak but not sure where its coming from as well as my break booster gets hard when i pump the breaks even when the car is on.
