rough ideal during warm up

i have yet to find anything about this sometimes during start up it will start up fine then two minutes later i hear the rpms jumping around rapidly my car was the close to fully warm but the heat was blowing out ice cold air i revved my car to about 4000 rpms and then it stop then the other day it happened to me when i was driving and it seemed almost as if i had blown a intercooler pipe the check engine light came on so i pulled over and checked all my fluids and all my intercooler/vaccum lines and everything was ok i restarted my car and it was gone. i realize its the start of something im just trying to catch it before it gets worse

my car was idling up and down right after it warmed up , it was a bad maf, maybe this will help
