Rough Idle during start up

Hi , my cars benn idling rough when it is started up after its been siting for more then an hour or so. For instance today I went to start it it idle for maybe a sec then died. I did this for several minutes utill it finnally stated idled rough reved it then it went and idled to 200 rph and it drove fine. Im thinking it is fuel related, such as fuel pressure or the fuel system is not geting a sufcient amount of fuel to idle. Any other ideas. Oh and when I first start driving it ticks when I start to acelerate under boost. Just a little help would be great.

I would just go through the whole intake and make sure things are tight from the air filter to the throttle body, if it was a fuel related problem, it would be cutting out and acting as if it were starving for fuel.. it's a possibility that some sensor on the car is going bad..not exactly sure though..
