Nascar is hilarious. Today, after a double yellow flag, there was an incident between Robby Gordon and Michael Waltrip where Gordon got spun out and wrecked. Gordon stood on the track with his helmet in hand waiting for Waltrip to come by. When Waltrip, driving at a slow double yellow flag speed drove by, Gordon threw his helmet as hard as he could at Waltrip's car. You could see Waltrip actually duck in his car on the idea the helmet might come through his window net.
At an interview right after the incident Gordon said, "Everybody thinks Michael Waltrip is this good guy, he's not, he's a piece of sh*t!" The boys in the broadcasting booth immediately apologized for Gordon's comment. This may be the end of Robby's career in Nascar...

Geez, give them both sabers and let them hack it out on the midfield ROFL

I caught it right as they were replaying the incident. When Waltrip was told, by the announcers, that Robbie said that it was Michael's fault. Waltrip replied yep I was 1/2 at fault, I agreed to race out here with him (Robbie). LOL

Penalties and fines to come down this next week!!! OMG

The race was actually red flagged so everybody would play nice with each other. 1st time a NASCAR race was red flagged for a good spotsmanship issue. WTF Don't ya just love it? ROFL ROFL

Nascar is so sissified these days. I remember when Cale Yarborough and Donnie Allison got into a fist fight in the infield after they crashed each other out while leading with a lap or two to go at Daytona. It was all over TV with everyone thinking it was just a a couple of 'good ol boys' getting a little rambunctious. And it was great for Nascar's future on TV. LOL

I don't ever watch anything Nascar but I'm going to have to find this clip. It sounds hilarious.

Old Cale Yarborough could probably "still" kick the crap out of the whole lot...

And AJ Foyt will beat you in anything he sits in. :|

I don't know how they ever got those old pigs around a corner, even if it was only in one direction.

Yeah, but now that NeckCAR is where it is today, they can't have those type of shenanigans taking place in front of all those viewers out there.

When I first saw that clip I figured it would be great for NASCAR - more publicity... seems like even our southern state race fans are getting more politically correct. Who'd've thunk?

robby gordon's' always been a little short on common sense though. i remember a race back at cleveland when he raced in CART (96 or 97 maybe?) where micheal andretti touched his rear tire entering a corner and the front wing endplate cut gordon's rear tire, forcing a pit stop. on the cool down lap after the race, gordon slowed and waited for andretti and deliberately RAMMED his car into andretti's, breaking the suspension on both cars. teh whole thing was caught on andretti's on-board camera. gordon shouldn't be allowed to drive a tricycle...

I caught the end of the Baja 500 on Speed TV last night. Robby won it... Not only won the truck category, but took the overall win too! Nearest vehicle overall was a buggy that ended up 4 minutes behind. Buggy probably would have taken overall (as they should) except for traffic. Course looked really narrow this time around.

I think robby is too used to off-road racing, where its kinda hard to take out a compeditor
