rewiring fp

my turbo just blew and i got the evoIII big 16g and i was wondering if there would be any negative affects if i dont rewire the fp right away.

Mods: K&N Intake, HKS SSQV BOV, 3" Thermal Research cat back exhaust, Megan Racing 3" dp, DNP turbo manifold, 30/20 autometer cobalt boost gauge

If you are running stock boost you should be just fine. Rewiring the pump is never really "necessary." It's just a great way to get more flow, but at stock boost on a 16g you don't need to worry about that. You'll want to turn up the boost though, which means you should probably go ahead and rewire it when you get the time. It's not difficult or expensive.
