Results of My Boost Leak test

Okay, So I did my boost leak test saturday. Hooked it all up...I put it in the turbo inlet...

Sucky thing is, We only had enough airpressure in the tank that we thought we had enough. To fill it up 1 time...

We let it rise...

It started falling but there was no air sounds or signs of leak

my question is

If you pump in 15 psi, And it decreses down to 0 in like 30 or more seconds, Is it good? Or Is it suppost to hold 15 psi, and not decrese


The One sound I heard was, a Gargaling sound comming from my engine like oil bubbaling

What does that mean, Is that a leak? Please help me Oldman
