I got a 99 N/T with an N-1 catback, looking to get a high-flow cat and need some help. Is a resonator the same thing as a high-flow cat? Or is it illegal and will not pass emissions? Also, I need some recommendations on a good brand high-flow cat or resonator. Haven't seen much more than those $30 eBay ones and that's not happening. Has anyone done a high-flow cat on an N/T and noticed a difference in power and sound? Details please.

I have a CATCO hi-flow cat. Had a local shop weld it in for me for $50. Works for me. Buschur is also a good option. I can't tell any difference between a test pipe and the hi-flow cat performance-wise (but my car is a turbo, so it might be harder to tell).
