[RESOLVED] What is this black box?

Yep...another one of these!

Car is a 99 GSX. There is a black box with a wiring connector going into it behind the plastic next to the rear seat on the driver's side. It is down and slightly in front of the 6x9 speaker that goes there. There is also a relay? next to it with the part number MB54368V on it. A google search, JNZ search, and search on here gave no results. I assume this is something for the stereo, but it would be nice to be sure!

Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think it would have actually. Either way, I jumped the thread making gun. After some quick hands-on investigating, the larger one is the remote door lock receiver and the smaller one is for the alarm!
