Long story short, the car stopped working after rebuilding the throttle body.It turns over but wont catch. So far I have:
-swaped in working ecu from running car
-tested my cas as well as swapped in a known working cas from another car
-same with power transistor
-verified coil pack operation/spark
-injectors are firing
-put in new throttle body
-tested 3 seperate working tps sensors
-compression 170-170-170-185
Finally I checked timing. This was a little strange.Tension was dead on, nothing came loose.Greddy timing belt still in perfect condition. But when I line everything up, the crank is way off.The notch on the plate is about 45 degrees clockwise, off from where it should be when the #1 piston is at tdc.
If I line up the mark, than the pistons arnt in the right position.
They were all lined up when I installed the head last spring...I seriously am at the last rope with this thing. After all the time, money I have invested, its quite agrivating to run into an issue like this.Any help is greatly apprecated.
