Long story short, the car stopped working after rebuilding the throttle body.It turns over but wont catch. So far I have:
-swaped in working ecu from running car
-tested my cas as well as swapped in a known working cas from another car
-same with power transistor
-verified coil pack operation/spark
-injectors are firing
-put in new throttle body
-tested 3 seperate working tps sensors
-compression 170-170-170-185

Finally I checked timing. This was a little strange.Tension was dead on, nothing came loose.Greddy timing belt still in perfect condition. But when I line everything up, the crank is way off.The notch on the plate is about 45 degrees clockwise, off from where it should be when the #1 piston is at tdc. If I line up the mark, than the pistons arnt in the right position. They were all lined up when I installed the head last spring...I seriously am at the last rope with this thing. After all the time, money I have invested, its quite agrivating to run into an issue like this.Any help is greatly apprecated.

The car was working before you did the TB rebuild but once you put it on, it stopped? Does the plate freely move and you have all the sensors plugged in and the tps is in the right position?

You have some many rights, but something is still wrong. I know how that feels. My only suggestions are the following:

CTS - coolant temp sensor
Timing is off
Check voltage at the fuel pump
Check all fuses
Dead battery, or bad alternator. Have both of those bench tested at a store for free
Check starter
Make sure all your sensors are plugged in
Last but not least, try to spraying starting fluid in the throttle body. If it starts, its fuel pressure related I believe.

ONCE you have done all of those and it still doesnt work... I wont blame you if you sell it. I was close to selling mine as well. I wasn't getting constant pressure or something else very minor was messed up. My car would only start with starting fluid, something about not having constant fuel pressure. I suggest getting a fuel pressure gauge as well.

Good luck.

You may have to crank it over several times before ALL marks line up .. go out and keep turning it until it lines up .. it WILL line up.

It doesnt line up.Im aware up how many rotations it takes, and I believe that is relavant to the oil pump sprocket not the crank sprocket. At any rate, no other sensors were touched and as stated, a completely different throttle body was obtained so that possibility is eliminated from the equation.

It almost sounds like it coincidently skipped a few teeth at the time you did the TB. It's a possibility.

Take plugs out. find a long stick to put in No.1 and roll the crank slowly until the stick comes up all the way up and just begins to go back down and see where your crank sprocket marks are located at.

If you get stopped anytime prior the stick is all the way to the top, stop immediately due to a piston is 'kissing' a valve.

Get the crank at TDC first, then follow with the cams and the other two sprockets (if BS still intact).

The reason the notch was off was because some how, the plate it self moved. It looks like the something blocked it from spinning because the key actually peeled away the metal, destroying the notch. Crazy, but cheap at least..no damage to pistons or valves and as stated, good compression test results prior to removing the head.
This still doesn't diagnose the not starting problem though.

Oh and yes, this car has been my dd for the past 2 years on the 6 bolt swap. Its ran fine and never had any problems, other than the usual boost leaks.

Problem solved.

Timing issue:
Crank bolt came loose allowing the keyway to loosen up.This destroyed my timing plate and almost destroyed the crank sprocket completely. It also made the timing off a tooth.

No start issue:

Bad fuel pump.It had intermittent operation which would be why I was mislead into thinking I was getting fuel.
