[RESOLVED] Aisin? Water Pump...

Hey all, I tried searching for AISIN and got nothing but here it goes. I order some parts from JNZ tuning including water pump, oil pump/front case, etc. Well, I received some parts separately in my order and when I got my water pump, it showed 'AISIN' on the side. That isn't OEM is it? Seems like stuff I've read in other posts meant that was aftermarket. One thing is that the oil pump/case was sent to the shop building my shortblock and I want to make sure it's genuine Mitsu OEM. Anyways, if someone can help I'd appreciate it.

AISIN is DEFINITELY and OEM water pump. That's who makes them for Mitsu.

OK, thanks I was just confused. I have seen the Topline vs OEM post and I remember seeing AISIN in there and I guess I just got confused. I appreciate it.

If you can post pictures of your front case, we can tell you if it's oem or not.

Unfortunately, I won't even see the oil pump until the short block is built and sent to the shop installing the engine. But since JNZ is supposed to be all OEM, I'm assuming the oil pump will be OEM. Thanks.
