replacing exhaust manifold studs

I'm about to start putting on my fp race manifold and I also bought exhaust manifold to head studs I'm wondering if anyone has advice on removing the old ones. Any advice would be great haha

Lube them up with some penetrating oil and let that sit for a bit. Then have at it.

Its beetling sitting in a cold garage all night should i heat it up at all?

I cant get the manifold off around the stud from my turbo is there an easier way to get it off?should I take off the downpipe?

I dont think it matters too much, but you could probably let it run for a bit, shut it off and when it cools to the touch apply the lubricating oil.
When i took off my exhaust mani, it was a PITA, but I never took off my downpipe. I used a couple of pry bars. One where the manifold meets the head and one underneath the manifold. Prying up while prying the manifold away from the head until I finally got it off.
Thats just the way I did it, but hopefully some other members can chime in for a simpler method to save you the headaches.

I've always dropped the downpipe in manifold related tasks, its a pita to try and move your turbo around when its mounted to something. Just be sure to support it!
