i was removing my ac today the condenser and everything to make some more room under the hood.my question is that will there be any kind of leaking where the ac lines ran to? and i found that i guess it would be the oil cooler right in front of the radiator, was coming from my ac too. i want to get rid of the whole thing but two of the lines actually run to my oil filter housing. my question for that is can i bypass the oil cooler and completely take out the lines and condenser and everything or do i have to keep the condenser since it runs to my oil filter housing.

got a pic of what you are talking about. the oil cooler should be like 9in x 9in x 1.5 in. roughly. you should be able to take out all the ac stuff and leave in the oil cooler.

i wish i did. my scanner is being a @#$%^. but that is it. it looks like a mini radiator. i didnt know if i could take it out or not cause it runs to the oil filter housing.the ac lines that led to the cooler lead to the sides of the radiator too. im not sure if that is going to leak or not

they are 3 seperate units

the oil cooler
condenser
radiator

at least they are on my car. wouldnt make any sense if they were together and joined.

I have no idea of what your looking at but i think that your confusing your ac condenser with is the part that looks like a thiner radiator and sits right behind the radiator itself. there should be no lines oil or powersteering that hook to it. just the small and the big ac lines. look again and post pictures.
