Anybody have any tips. I'm gonna replace mine with black vents, switches etc. Dont wann f.... anything up..

You remove the whole piece as one unit. Stick a screwdriver in the gap around the outside of the plastic piece and carefully pry on it to pop it out of place. Use the screwdriver all around the gap. Then all you have to do is unclip the electrical connectors from the switches and release a line from near the vents (I forget exactly what it is). It's a pretty simple process, you shouldn't have much trouble.

Thanks for the advice man.:thumb: So you're sure that the vent itself isn't attached to any ducting behind the dash? I don't wanna break any clips and stuff.

It's been awhile since I've taken one off, but I'm pretty sure the vents just sit in the ducting but aren't physically attached to them. Just make sure to remove the line that is near the vents.
