Here is an easy way to remove an Automatic's pilot bushing from the crank for whatever reason.

Things needed
1. Thick axle grease
2. Electrical tape
3. 19 mm socket & extension
4. Hammer
5. Gloves
6. Lots of rags

Start off by taping the socket up to fit snugly inside of the Pilot Bushing. Then insert the extension in backwards so it makes the "ratchet side" solid.

Put on the Gloves and fill the Pilot Bushing with the Axle Grease. Then take the extension/socket put it in the hole and hit it with a hammer. Make sure that it seats good in there or it will shoot the grease out everywhere.

Once the grease is gone add and repeat till it comes out. The longer it has been in there the harder it will be to get out but be patient and hammer away!
