I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 420A N/T I rebuilt the engine, and it will turn over, but will not start. I have perfect compression, Timing set Top dead center, and spark coming out of all plugs. Does anyone have any ideas what can be wrong, Anything will help.

If it's timmed, it's getting spark, than i would check to see if it's getting fuel.
