sprayed down the whole intake manifold at all the joints i could be sucking air from. all seems well. will go onto the injectors next. and yea, i definately would like those msd wires and coil, but i must wait. theres some 10mm or 10.5mm wires, i don't remember, on ebay that sound really good. really low resistance and cheaper than msd. check it out and see what you think. type in 420a plug wires in the search and they should be right there.

but anyways, i will get an msd coil sometime

the actual code is p0300 multiple misfire and the obd2 reader also mentioned fault on fuel system 2. heard that it could be map, o2 sensor, or bad cat.

knock sensor? whats it do and wheres it located? i have multiple spots on the back of my engine block where it would fit. right now it is towards the middle center of the block. there is also a spot just left and just right of the crank sensor it also fits. my chiltons manual doesn't list it's location. do any of you know?

with the keydance method of retrieving codes i'm getting 12 and 11. 12 means the battery has been disconnected within the last 50 ignition cycles and 11 means loss of signal from crank sensor and or cam sensor. still with the obd2 reading p0300 multiple misfire. my cat is stanky. i can replace mine for around $200 but am still not sure if that is a fix or not. any ideas?
