i just rebuilt my motor and when i boost it shoots oil out of the dip stick. it was not doing it be4 i tore it apart. the piston rings are new. there is no scaring on any of the cylinder walls. the pcv valve is good. i can drive it with out boosting and it wont do it. the motor has 130 miles on it now. i have only went to 4500 rpms also. if that matters.
 
8 pounds rite now. i have swapped my pcv valve with my friends and it still does it. but when i put mine on his, his don't do it.

If I had blow by, it would do it at a idle right?
 
You need to port your oil pressure relief valve opening dealy.
A simple search will show you the way.
 
I just looked it up. I am going to do that. Someone told me about it while i was building the motor but did not think about it.
 
where's the breather hose from the valve cover hooked up - to the intake pipe or the IC piping after the turbo?
 
The breather hose is on the intake before the turbo. But it don't matter now, I went out last night to start it, It has not been started in a few days. It had a little bit of a tapping sound so i let it warm up and took a cruse around the block and half way down the street i shifted to 3rd and it started running like crap and the tapping went to a knock. pulled the oil pan off and it spun the bearings. This block has had that problem before (with a different crank) this crank was a brand new one. So i decided to do the 4g64 block swap with the 4g63 head. I have boosted the motor after the rebuild 3 times, the last time i drove it it did not make any sounds. With the new motor my goal is 400whp.
