rebuilding my spare block

Recently i got my 6 bolt block and im starting to rebuilt it. I will do it step by step maybe finish it before this years end, my goal is to have a 450whp race gas reliable block.

I was thinking on installing these ones but help me decide:
ARP head and main studs
Cometic or mits. MLS gasket?
OEM or Top line oil pump?
OEM or japanese water pump?
brand new oil pick up
Acid washed and hone block
new water seals
Wiseco, JE, ROSS pistons?
Eagle rods
balanced rotating assembly

I think thats about it, also, what about o-ring the block? I will be sending the block to the best machine shop here in Puerto Rico, I want something reliable, i dont know about buying the oem pumps or save some money on japanese raplacement ones. If you need my mods list its on my profile.

I would stick with OEM pumps. If you are looking for 450 whp on race gas you will not need to o-ring the block
