You aren't reading what I'm writing.

Problems arrise from mis-calibration. People not setting it up correctly, etc.

BUT EVEN WHEN PROPERLY CALIBRATED..

You can't expect a $400 self-made wideband, to compete with a $2000 dyno wideband do you?

That's like believing your factory temp gauge over an autometer one.

This tool has alot of benefits, but I'm not saying go out and rely soley on it. Nothing is like that. Now once you know the degree it is off from the shop/dyno wideband, then it's time to play.
 
I saw what you were saying...the problems that they were having were arising because it wasn't put together correctly. I was just thinking that once on the dyno, you could possibly adjust it so that it was reading what the dyno wideband read. Who knows, it maybe fairly close. Thanks for your input.
