Ok here is what I have and not yet tuned it because it is not broken in yet but I kinda want to get some of you guys opinion.What kind of hp numbers should i see with this setup?
95 Gs-t
6 bolt block with 1g big rods with 2g moly coated pistons
headstuds,4layer mitsubishi headgasket
2g head ported to max,ported intake mani,exhaust mani,ans 02 housing,ported tb elbow,custom fmic(21x9x3),fipk
1g cams,big 16g ported,550 injectors,fidanza lightweight flywheel
I have the tmo stage 3 chip and will be tuning with a safc,I plan on running 19 pounds of boost on pump gas.The maf is stock with screw in stock position and honeycombs still intact.I have a custom 3in exhaust from the turbo back with a straight trough muffler.If you guys think I need to do something else to this setup let me know.I am open for suggestions.Thanks Shannon
 
you will have 451.63 HP at the wheels with that setup if you tune it right.

550's are going to be your limitation, I'm going to say 350 whp pump gas, maybe 400 on race fuel.

That's on the high side though.

Edit: to clarify, those numbers the maximum amount you can make on your injectors.

A b16g is going to run out of happy sauce in the mid to high 300 whp range. I'd say around 375 whp is a good maximum.
 
just admit you dont own what u posted, its everything you want to get.
 
i had a similar set-up but with a alamo side mount on my 92 tsi awd and put down 274 whp and 286 tq. So good luck.
 
I have a better setup than that and I was lucky to make 300awhp on pump gas at 20psi.. Im with TSI9973. If you're looking for crank hp numbers then 350 to 375 is possible but at the wheels look for 275 to 300hp.

The 13.9 time was with my old big16g at 18psi and stock sidemount. Since I have upgraded to the GT32 and other goodies, I have had one tuning issue after another (typical DSM crap). So not track time. I just recently got some dyno time as mentioned above. A new problem has reared its ugly head on the dyno, the car is pushing coolant above 16psi. YUP blown headgasket from the threads i've searched. I don't have any oil in coolant or coolant in oil, just the overflow getting full and blowing coolant after a few spirited highway drives.
Looks like a new Mitsu gasket and ARP head studs are due.
