2G radiator fans

the other day i decided to look under the hood of my car while it was running. i noticed that the two fans in the front of the car werent on. are they supposed to be off or should they be running?

You wanna know if they're working like they should? Well, your radiator fans will come on when your engine is hot. After you drive your car, park it, let it idle and listen for the fans to come one. Or, you could just turn on your AC. That usually brings the fans, too.
