rad, fan do not fit

Okay so i installed a evo 3 turbo. now the fans do not fit. need help could it be the j pipe

thats why most people get slim fans because with a bigger turbo there isnt any room for the factory fans. im not sure in your case tho you might have to trim some of it to fit in place.

There is a way to mount the stock fans flush with the radiator, should give you about 1/8 to 1/4 extra clearance. Then you can just trim any extra material you need to make it fit.

i would just modify yours to fit instead of buying new ones.

My evo 3 fit with stock fan and I am sure alot of peoples have. What j pipe do you have? Pic always help. It should be obvious what is blocking when you try to install it if you look at it when you try to install the fan theres not alot right there in the front of the engine.

Does it just hit the plastic bracket around the fan or does it go into the actual fan blade? Where did you get the j pipe from?

Trim the fan to make it fit, if not...buy a slim fan(s)

cut some of the lip off the black plastic housing, just make sure you have clearance between the fan and radiator. It's not rocket science
