Insert a bolt that fits, weld around the edge. Fixed my pipe up nicely this way :)

Any muffler shop can lay down a bead and do it.

I have heard the oil drain bolt fits quite nicely on the waterpipe. You can try that and report back to see if it works or not. I belive the bolt is a 17. What i did was cut the pipe and removed the bolt and then i basically jbweld the entire thing and the hole in the middle of the bolt as well. It works just fine and no leaks

im trying to find a bolt to plug this water pipe also. i cannot find the size. im pretty sure its 16x 1.5. if its the same as the oil pan bolt ill be in luck since i have a parts car.
