question regarding upgrading ECU

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the AFX ECU Computer for the 420a:

AFX Computer 1998, 420A Automatic Transmission

I emailed howell but no response.



Obviously this is a 'race' ECU, will my power steering 2) cruise control 3) air conditioning still work?

Also Will my water temp, oil temp and air fuel ratio gauge still work?

Also I heard that the rev limit increases but some have claimed including bullet that the rev limit then went down just a 'tiny bit'

I'm wondering if it won't mess up my cruise control and all that other good stuff mainly.

I know it's a GOOD buy for the HP.

1 how would a ecu mess with a hydrolic system (power steering)?
2 cruise control works off of motors and switches and to my knowledge has nothing to do with ecu.
3 ac same deal as cc.
I'm not an expert but I would assume you would be fine, also wouldn't mess with aftermarket gauges

I know I'm an idiot . Thank you for your knowledgeable response! I've placed my order with the AF/X ECU and I will keep everyone updated on how it is
